No. Your existing phone number stays the same unless you have specifically requested a change as part of the upgrade.

What stays the same during an upgrade

In most upgrades:

  • Your phone number remains unchanged

  • Your existing service continues to work

  • Your setup, routing, and configuration stay in place

The upgrade applies to features, capacity, or plan level — not your number.

When a number might change

A number would only change if:

  • You’ve requested a new number as part of the upgrade, or
