Will I receive a final bill after termination?

Short answer

Yes. After your service ends, you may receive a final bill that includes charges up to the termination date and any outstanding fees. Once the final invoice is issued, no further billing will occur.

What is included in the final bill

Your final bill may include:

  • Charges up to your service end date

  • Any usage billed in arrears

  • Early termination fees, if applicable

  • Any outstanding balances from previous invoices

All charges are based on your contract terms.

When the final bill is issued

  • Final invoices are usually generated after the service has ended

  • In some cases, billing adjustments may delay the final invoice

  • This does not mean your account is still active

Once issued, the final bill confirms closure of billing.

Where to find your final invoice

Final invoices are available:

  • In the BillNow platform, where all invoices are stored

  • As a PDF sent to your nominated billing email address
