Who is my onboarding contact and how do I get support?

Short answer

You’ll be supported by our dedicated onboarding team throughout the onboarding process. A team member will be in touch to introduce themselves, if they haven’t already.

Your onboarding support

During onboarding:

  • A member of our onboarding team oversees your setup

  • They coordinate installation, network services, and next steps

  • They act as your main point of contact until go-live

You don’t need to manage the process yourself.
