When will my service actually end?

Your service ends at the close of your notice period, unless your contract specifies a different end date. We can confirm the exact termination date for your account.

How service end dates are calculated

• The end date is based on your contracted notice period

• The notice period starts once your cancellation request is formally received

• Your service remains active until the notice period is complete

Once the end date is reached, the service is terminated.

What happens before your service ends

Before termination:

• Your service continues to operate as normal

• Billing continues until the end date

• Any final arrangements, such as number porting, should be completed

If you plan to keep your number, the port must be requested before the service ends.

Can the end date be changed?
