What training is included

During installation, our engineer will provide training on:

  • Using your Yealink VoIP phones

  • Making and receiving calls

  • Setting up and using voicemail

  • Call transfers and call handling

  • Basic system features and best practices

How training is delivered

  • Training takes place on-site during installation

  • It’s tailored to your setup and equipment

  • You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during the visit

After installation

Once installation and training are complete:

  • Your system will be ready for everyday use

  • Ongoing support will be available through our Support team after go-live
