What happens during onboarding?

Short answer

During onboarding, we set up your services, arrange installation, and manage any number transfers or network requirements needed to prepare you for go-live. Our onboarding team oversees the process from start to finish.

What onboarding includes

Onboarding typically includes:

  • Setting up your services

  • Arranging an engineer visit for installation

  • Managing network requirements and number transfers

  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers where required

Your onboarding team manages these steps and keeps the process moving.

What happens during setup

During setup, our engineer will:

  • Install and configure your VoIP phone system

  • Connect handsets and supporting equipment

  • Test inbound and outbound calls

  • Confirm everything is working before handover

What happens after installation

Once installation is complete:

  • Any remaining services are finalised

  • Network services and number transfers continue where applicable

  • You’ll be contacted to confirm next steps

  • You’ll receive confirmation once your service is live
