What do I need to provide before go-live?

What you need to provide before go-live depends on whether an engineer has already visited your site. In all cases, we’ll let you know if anything further is required.
If an engineer has already visited your site
If our engineer has already attended your site:

They will have gathered the information needed for installation

Details required for broadband services or number transfers will already be captured

We’ll manage the remaining steps
If our suppliers need anything further, the onboarding team will contact you directly.
If an engineer has not yet visited your site
If an engineer visit is still to take place:

Your equipment will be delivered ahead of the install

Please keep the equipment somewhere safe and accessible

You’ll need working broadband in place
-
CAT5 cabling should be available for the installation
Our engineer will guide you through the rest during the visit.
