What are the next steps after sign-up?

Short answer

After you sign up, we arrange an engineer visit to install your phones on a date that works for you. Once installation is complete, our onboarding team manages the remaining steps to prepare your services for go-live.

What happens first

After sign-up:

  • An engineer visit is scheduled for a date of your choice

  • Equipment is prepared or delivered ahead of installation where required

  • Our onboarding team begins coordinating the setup process

You’ll be contacted if any information is needed.

What happens after installation

Once installation is complete:

  • Network services and number transfers are progressed where applicable

  • Your system is configured and tested

  • Our onboarding team continues managing the process until go-live

You don’t need to chase individual steps — we’ll contact you if anything is required.

What you should expect

During this period:

  • Communication comes from our onboarding team

  • Timelines may vary depending on external factors

  • You’ll receive confirmation once your service is live
