After you sign up, we arrange an engineer visit to install your phones on a date that works for you. Once installation is complete, our onboarding team manages the remaining steps to prepare your services for go-live.
What happens first
After sign-up:

Equipment is prepared or delivered ahead of installation where required

Our onboarding team begins coordinating the setup process

What happens after installation
Once installation is complete:
