You can request changes to your account or service at any time by letting us know what you’d like to update.
We’ll make sure your request is passed to the correct team and processed as quickly as possible.
Types of changes we can help with

How change requests are handled
Once your request is received:

Billing-related changes are sent to our Billing team

Service or technical changes are sent to our Technical or Customer Support team
We’ll confirm next steps and let you know if any additional information or approval is required.
How long changes take
Most account and service changes are completed within 1–3 working days, depending on the type of request.
If a request requires additional review or approval, we’ll keep you informed.
After changes are applied
Once your change has been completed:

We’ll confirm when the update has taken effect
