How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Short answer

Copies of all invoices, including final invoices after cancellation, are available through the BillNow platform. Invoices are also sent in PDF format to the nominated billing email address on your account.

Where to find your invoices

You can access your invoices by:

  • Logging into the BillNow platform, where all current and historic invoices are stored

  • Downloading invoices directly in PDF format

This includes:

  • Regular monthly invoices

  • Final invoices issued after a service is cancelled or terminated

BillNow is the quickest way to view or retrieve any invoice.

Accessing final invoices after cancellation

If you have cancelled or terminated a service:

  • Your final invoice will still appear in the BillNow platform once it has been issued

  • Final invoices may be generated after your service has ended, depending on billing adjustments

  • You may not see the final invoice immediately if it is still being processed

This does not mean your account is still active.

 

Can invoices be resent by email?

Yes. If needed, we can resend invoice copies to the nominated billing email address on your account.

Please note:

  • Invoices are always sent in PDF format

  • We can resend final invoices as well as previous invoices

What you’ll need

When requesting an invoice, it helps to provide:

  • The invoice number, or

  • The billing period you’re looking for

This allows us to locate the correct document quickly, especially for final invoices.

When to contact us

Contact our billing team at billing@better.co if:

  • You’re unable to access the BillNow platform

  • You can’t find your final invoice after cancelling

  • You need an invoice resent to the billing email address

  • You’re unsure whether a final invoice has already been issued
