How do I access the system for the first time?

Short answer

Access to your system is provided as part of the onboarding process. The timing depends on which services are being set up and when installation and configuration are complete.

When access is provided

First-time access is usually granted:

  • After installation has taken place

  • Once your system has been configured

  • When services are ready for use

If access isn’t available immediately, this is expected while onboarding is still in progress.

What to do if you can’t access the system

If you’re unsure how to log in or don’t yet have access:

  • Let us know what you’re trying to access

  • Our team will guide you or raise a support ticket if needed

We’ll make sure your request reaches the right team.

After go-live

Once your service is live:

  • Ongoing access and support will be handled by our Support team

  • We’ll confirm how to get help if you need it in future
