Do I need to return any equipment after termination?

Short answer

If you’re using leased equipment, it does need to be returned after termination. We can confirm what equipment applies to your account and provide return instructions if needed.

When equipment needs to be returned

Equipment usually needs to be returned if:

  • It is leased or provided as part of your service agreement

  • The contract specifies return on termination

Owned equipment does not normally need to be returned.
