Can you confirm my port date and time?
Short answer
Yes. We can check your order and confirm the scheduled port date. Exact port times depend on your previous provider, but most ports complete during standard business hours.
How port dates and times are set
-
The port date is agreed once your previous provider approves the request
-
Most ports complete between 9am and 5pm
-
Exact timing is controlled by the losing provider and may not be guaranteed to the minute
We’ll always share the confirmed date once it’s available.
What happens if the time isn’t exact
It’s normal for ports to:
-
Complete at any point during the business day
-
Finish earlier or later than expected
This doesn’t indicate a problem unless the port date has fully passed with no completion.
How to get confirmation
If you’d like to:
-
Confirm your scheduled port date
-
Check whether a time window is available
-
See if there have been any changes
Contact our support team and we’ll check the latest status for you.
If your port date changes
If the losing provider:
-
Requests more information, or
-
Rejects the initial request
The port date may move. If this happens, we’ll explain why and confirm the next steps.
Reassurance
Not having an exact time is normal for number ports. Once the port completes, your number will move across automatically with no further action required.
