Call Recording Storage provides:

• Secure retention of call records in line with compliance and legal requirements
• Robust storage infrastructure to safely manage large volumes of call data
• Access and retrieval of historical call data for auditing, billing verification, or dispute resolution
• Reporting tools that give you greater visibility over call usage and activity

When is it charged?

• Call Recording Storage is free for the first 6 months of your agreement
• It is charged at £1.69 per licence per month from month 6 onwards

Is it mandatory?

No. Call Recording Storage is an opt-out service. It is included automatically on all accounts but can be removed at any time by contacting us.

Why do we include it automatically?

Call data retention supports compliance and legal requirements for businesses. Rather than passing the full cost of maintaining this infrastructure on to customers from day one, Better Comms includes a free period to allow you to experience the service before charges begin.

How do I opt out?

If you would like to remove Call Recording Storage from your account contact our billing team and we will arrange removal. This can be done at any time and will take effect from your next billing period.
